Return window: You can return items for a refund only within *10 days after delivery.
Refunds only (no exchanges): Returns are accepted for refunds only — exchanges are not offered.
Eligible items:
• Must be full-price items (not sale, special orders, pop-up sale items).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify.How to initiate a return: Contact Customer Care at support@mie.ngo before sending the item so they can advise on the procedure, especially for international returns.
Return shipping:
• You must ship the returned item — typically via a trackable courier like DHL Express — with shipping costs paid by you.
• Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
• If there are additional taxes or retrieval costs, those will be deducted from your refund.Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, allow about 2–3 weeks for your refund to be processed.
